General Meeting

The General Meeting is the highest body of the Association, and every member has the right to participate in the assembly. It meets at least once a year and has the following responsibilities among others: approves the annual report of the Board of Directors and the Auditor; approves the financial statements; discusses the budget; elects the members of the Board of Directors; elects the Auditor; decides on further proposals of the Board of Directors; discusses and decides on changes to the statutes and code of ethics; decides on the cancellation and dissolution of the Association.
